We currently use tools such as the weekly newspaper, facebook, twitter and our own website along with adverts on Rightmove, The Digital Property Group, Find a property and Prime Location to promote and advertise properties.

• CAREFUL VETTING OF TENANTS

We ensure that the appropriate checks and research is carried out in order to find the perfect tenants to meet your requirements, therefore leaving Landlords with no worries.

• PREPARATION OF INVENTORIES OF CONTENTS AND SCHEDULES OF CONDITIONS

We keep a constant check on the condition of the property and the way in which the tenants are treating/using it. We make sure that the property is respected and left in the way in which it was when they moved in; therefore removing any concerns the Landlord may have.

• COLLECTION OF RENTS AND DEPOSITS

We take care of all aspects of the rent and deposit payments independently. This can be dealt with primarily at Preview so as not to intrude on Landlords day to day activity.

• INSPECTION OF PROPERTIES EVERY THREE MONTHS

We carry out inspections every 3 months in order to assess the overall condition of the property; whether the tenants are looking after it and whether they have any problems which we can then relay to the Landlord to ensure peace of mind.

• MONTHLY ACCOUNTING TO LANDLORDS

We will keep Landlords informed of any expenses that have been incurred in relation to their properties monthly to keep them up to date with any works that have been or may need to be carried out.

• REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE OF PROPERTIES

Any problems to do with maintenance or repairs can be dealt with directly through Preview, we have trusted contractors’ which we use, and we can therefore arrange and organise any repairs or maintenance without hassling Landlords. Obviously all work would have to be approved by the Landlord but we will gather all details, prices, dates etc. Preview also boasts to be the only agent within the area that provides a 24hour/7 day a week call out services to our tenants in cases of emergency.

We also offer prospective Landlords the service of free property appraisals with the view of becoming either the Managing Agents or the Introductory Agent.

We will also be able to give advice on the legal aspects of being and/or becoming a Landlord, as it is highly important that Landlords are aware of the legal ins and outs. Not taking care over the legal side of things can often result in harsh penalties which can easily be avoided by taking the correct advice and precautions.
